CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take note of our cancellation policy below:

 

• cancellation less than 24 hours from the day of arrival, or a no show will result in a cancellation fee of the rate of one night plus 1% tourism levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies. 

• To secure your booking, please pay at least 50% deposit within 24hrs of receiving your quote.  Please e-mail the deposit slip to reservations@chillpepperhotel.co.za using your quote/invoice no as reference
